“RINSE HOLD”
A musical set in the 1980s. Script and lyrics written by Carole Mann, music composed by John Johnson.
Neville Carlyle Style read the original screen-play and asked Carole to adapt it for stage so that he could pilot it as a new musical in a theatre in Dublin. Neville intended to use Rinse Hold to launch the National Musical Theatre of Ireland.
Sadly funds ran out just prior to production. Both David Suchet and Dame Judi Dench were keen to be involved with the screen-play should this opportunity arise. David wanted to play the role of the male lead.
World Films Inc. showed an interest in the international distribution of
“RINSE HOLD” and its sequel(s).
